We're looking for someone to be a passionate advocate of what we stand for to help our sales team get an UpCircle product in every home. Your job will be to assist the Global Sales Manager with growing the EU customer base, customer service, operations support & CRM management.
You'll be expected to help support our existing wholesale partners to ensure a strong and flourishing working relationship, as well as actively seek out new accounts throughout Europe. This role requires strong communication and organisation skills as well as resilience and perseverance.
In return, we can offer you responsibility, fast-paced start-up action, enormous opportunity to learn and to build your skillset across all areas of the business. You will help manage our existing wholesale customer base, whilst maintaining our back of house & responding to customer queries. You will be supporting our Global Sales Manager Iza, who is actively in charge of account management, B2B sales & marketing and processing orders. You will be assisting her and working closely together to ensure our EU customers have everything they need!
