UpCircle Animal Testing Policy

We believe all life is sacred. That's why we use only the finest plant-based ingredients, and never test on animals.

Our products always have been and always will be cruelty free. We don’t test our ingredients or products on animals or work with any suppliers or manufacturers who do. We will never retail our products in any countries who require animal testing by law.

Before working with a manufacturer or ingredients supplier we will always check that they are cruelty free and ask for supporting documents and accreditations to confirm this. If they do test on animals we will not work with them and if they begin to test on animals we will stop working with them as soon as we are made aware.

Before working with any retailer or stockist we will always confirm they will not go on to sell our products (in shops or through online stores) in countries that require animal testing by law. If any retailer or stockist breaks this agreement, we will stop selling to them and request they return any unsold stock.

In addition, we are proud to be Leaping Bunny approved. A global programme, Leaping Bunny requires cruelty free standards over and above legal requirements.

All of our own brand cosmetic and personal care products are approved under the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny programme, the internationally recognisable gold standard for cruelty free products. We adhere to a fixed cut-off date policy and proactively monitor our suppliers to ensure that our products continue to adhere to the Leaping Bunny criteria. Our supplier monitoring
system is also independently audited.
