FAQs
We’re here to help!
Can I add a one-off item to my next order instead of starting a new subscription?
Absolutely! You can do this inside your subscription portal, not from the product page. Choosing to shop from the product page will create another order with a separate delivery.
To add something to a box you already have coming: open your upcoming order, choose Add products, find the item and select One-time purchase. It arrives in the same parcel, and your existing subscription carries on unchanged.
When am I charged, and what's the cut-off for making changes?
Your next charge date is shown at the top of your subscription in the portal, and you will also be notified at your preferred notice period. The default is 48H.
Skips, swaps, date changes and product changes all take effect as long as you make them before that renewal starts processing.
If your renewal is due within the next few hours it may already be in progress, and the portal may block changes. If that happens, email us at customercare@upcirclebeauty.com and we'll help.
My subscription order has already gone through, can I still cancel it?
Once an order has been paid for and has been fulfilled we can't stop that particular shipment. You can still cancel the subscription itself, so nothing renews after it.
Please contact us at customercare@upcirclebeauty.com as soon as possible!
The portal says I don't have any subscriptions. Where is it?
This is almost always an email address mismatch. Your subscription lives under the exact email used at checkout, which might be a work address, an old address, or one with a typo in it.
Log in using the address printed on your order confirmation email. If that still shows nothing, send us that order number and we'll track the subscription down and move it for you.
I think I've set up two subscriptions by mistake.
It happens, subscribing from a product page creates a new subscription each time. Log in and every active subscription is listed separately, with its own products and next delivery date.
Cancel the one you don't need and keep the other. If you can't tell them apart, email us at customercare@upcirclebeauty.com and we'll sort it.
Yes. Skipping a delivery, swapping a product, changing your frequency, adding or removing items, none of it affects your 15% subscriber discount or your free UK shipping. Your benefits stay with the subscription, not with a particular order.
