World Sleep Day

Even though World Sleep Day isn't a 24-hour sleep marathon it’s still pretty great. It’s an annual event to celebrate sleep (who doesn’t love sleep?!) and highlight important issues related to not getting a proper good snooze. This year's theme is Quality Sleep, Sound Mind, Happy World. 

From sleep disorders and work stress to socialising and late-night scrolling, many of us have struggled to get those all-important Zzzs. The quality and quantity of our sleep are imperative for our mental, emotional and physical health. Sleep is a time for our minds and bodies to process, repair and replenish. It is also crucial for our skin health - there’s a reason it’s called beauty sleep.



A pre-bedtime routine is a great way to help yourself have the sweetest of dreams. Here are our top tips to ensure you’re relaxed and ready for cloud 9. Our fave part? The skincare routine, of course.

Celebrate sleep in the evening by starting to wind down an hour before bed. Start by lighting the Chai Latte Candle. With the comforting fragrance of nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla, you'll be sure to feel warm and cosy. The flicker of candlelight provides a soothing ambience and creates softness in your living space.



Next, massage the Cleansing Balm into your skin to dislodge the day's wares.
